By accessing or using TheOddsFlow.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Informational Purpose Only

TheOddsFlow provides sports odds data, expected value calculations, and related analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on this site constitutes:

  • Financial advice
  • Gambling advice
  • A recommendation to place any bet or wager

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by this Service. Always gamble responsibly and only where it is legal to do so in your jurisdiction.

3. No Affiliation with Third Parties

TheOddsFlow is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with PrizePicks, Underdog Fantasy, DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, or any other sportsbook or DFS platform. All third-party names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Odds data is sourced from a third-party data provider and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate information when registering
  • You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account
  • One account per person

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any part of the Service
  • Abuse the rate limits or otherwise overload the infrastructure

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that odds data is accurate, real-time, or free of errors. We make no guarantees about uptime or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheOddsFlow and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including any losses from betting or wagering decisions made using this tool.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
