TheOddsFlow provides sports odds data, expected value calculations, and related analysis for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing on this site constitutes:

• Financial advice
• Gambling advice
• A recommendation to place any bet or wager

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by this Service. Always gamble responsibly and only where it is legal to do so in your jurisdiction.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may not share, transfer, or sell access to your account
• One account per person

You may not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any part of the Service
• Abuse the rate limits or otherwise overload the infrastructure

Paid tiers (Whale Basic, Whale A+) are funded through one-time donations made via Ko-fi. We do not auto-renew or recurring-bill any tier — each donation grants 30 days of access from the date of the donation. To continue access beyond that period, you must make another donation.

Because access is granted manually after we verify the donation against your account email and Discord handle, please allow up to 24 hours for activation. Donations are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change suggested donation amounts for each tier with reasonable notice; existing access periods are not affected by price changes.
